"I called in to get a quote for home insurance. The lady asked my name and how to spell it. Then 90 seconds later she asked me the same question, then spelled it wrong. She tells me ok I will call you back with a quote, I asked how she could guve me a quote without talking to me about my house or what kind of policy I want. She replied thats what she does so I don’t have to wait on the phone. I asked to speak to someone more senior and she wouldn’t do it. Rushed me off the phone. No call back no quote."
